We have teachers who have been employed at Trent Learning Center for many years.

They have had numerous hours of education classes and are very experienced in caring for children. All teachers are trained in First Aid and CPR.

Ongoing training is provided for all teachers with an emphasis on the mental and emotional care of children as well as safety and curriculum teaching. They attend public training classes as well as private training classes on site.

Teachers who work as floaters also become experienced in more than one class in order to provide your child with consistent care in case of teacher absences.

Our teachers are cared for with respect and valued for their important role in the daily care and love given to your child. It has been very rewarding for us to see children we have cared for growing into young adults and returning to our center for employment and for care for their children.
